FAQ

What is shared hosting, and is it enough for my site?
Your site shares a server with others, each in its own sealed space, which makes it the cheapest option. It is enough for a brochure site, a shop that is starting out or an ordinary WordPress. You move to a VPS the day you need guaranteed resources or full system access.
I am already with another host, how does the migration work?
We do it for you, and it is free: files, databases and mailboxes are copied over, tested on our servers, then the domain switches once everything works. Your email keeps arriving throughout. You have nothing to reinstall.
I already own my domain name, can I keep it?
Yes. You can leave it with your current registrar and simply point it at our servers, or transfer it to us to keep everything in one place. Either way the site stays online and nothing is interrupted.
Do closer servers really make a difference?
On response time, yes: every round trip between visitor and server counts, and a page makes dozens of them. From Africa, a site hosted in Europe pays that distance on every click. A test IP address is published on our country pages: you can ping it and compare with your current host.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, from your client area. The change is immediate and the difference is pro-rated against what was left of your term. Nothing to set up again: your sites, databases and email stay where they are.
What is included at no extra cost?
cPanel access, the SSL certificate, daily backup, managed firewall and antivirus, the outgoing SMTP relay and the migration. The plans carry no commitment: you pay monthly and you leave when you want, with your data.
