When you live in Mauritius, you quickly learn to deal with power cuts. Sometimes unexpected, often scheduled, they are part of everyday life for both individuals and businesses.
The idea behind Okouran.mu came naturally from one of Julien’s needs: being able to know in advance about planned power outages. Because anticipating a power cut means being better organized, whether it is to:
delay a video meeting,
charge your devices,
organize your workday,
or simply prepare the backup generator!
